This 75-minute session will provide actionable strategies for women educators to enhance their professional growth, build resilience, and achieve success in higher education. The focus will be on identifying the right kinds of development opportunities, empowering women to find growth areas, and fostering resilience. Additionally, the session will cover strategies for effective conversations, relationship-building outside their institutions, and networking.
